No. An ABN is optional for independent workers on Seekara. You can add it later when you are ready. However, to claim NDIS funding through a plan manager, you will typically need one.
Do I need to be NDIS-registered?
No. Both registered and unregistered support workers can list on Seekara. Unregistered workers can support self-managed and plan-managed participants.
How do participants find me?

Can I set my own hourly rate?
